For firefighters, every moment counts, and mastering time management skills can alleviate stress and enhance overall performance. Prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance is essential. This involves creating daily schedules, setting goals, and adhering to timelines. By having a clear plan of action, firefighters can better allocate their time, reducing the likelihood of feeling overwhelmed by competing demands.
