Rock Steady is a 501C3 organization that was started by former Indianapolis Prosecutor and Indianapolis Public Safety Director Scott Neuman who is currently living with Parkinsons. Scott started the organization in 2006 and it is still based out of Indianapolis with affiliate programs all over the country and in numerous countries around the world. Approximately 60,000 people in the United States are diagnosed each year and there are currently about 60,000 people enrolled in a Rock Steady Program. The results of the program are simply remarkable and the importance of this project cannot be over stated. Many of our public safety co-workers have been affected by this disease and we can have some fun while raising money to reach even more who are affected. Please see the attached flyer for a Charity ride on July 21st, 2019 starting at 10 am at Northside Harley Davidson with kickstands up at noon and the ride concludes at AJ’s Bar and Grill for prizes, a silent auction, and more. The ride includes a free breakfast, 40-mile ride, poker run, and a free t-shirt. Cost is $35 per rider or $50 for rider with passenger or car. Please help us support this program that helps so many in the public safety community by following the steps to enroll on the attached flyer. Let’s try to beat the $75,000 raised last year! Respectfully, Chad Gray.
