Mentors needed: Arsenal Tech High School Fire Rescue Program

[upme_private] The Arsenal Tech High School Fire Rescue Program is looking for mentors for the 2016-2017 school year. Our class is for high school juniors and seniors who are interested in a career as a firefighter. If the they pass everything we offer, they receive up to 9 college credits as well as several state certifications.

Each mentor will be assigned to a student. The mentor’s goal will be to get the student intentional about college, military, full time employment – or a combination of the three. We ask that the mentors meet with their student outside of school at least once per month – more if they want. The meeting times and locations will be up to the mentor and the student. We also ask that the mentor be available to text/call/email with their student.

Please email me if you are interested and/or would like more information.
